The First Kitchen Opens
Tatte opens its first location in Washington, DC with a small but passionate team of 6 people, serving handcrafted pastries and coffee from a cozy storefront on I Street. Lines form around the block from day one.
Expanding the Menu & Team
Growing customer demand leads to a full menu expansion, introducing our signature savory dishes alongside the beloved tatte bakery items. The team grows to 25 staff members and we win our first local food award.
Second Location & Catering Launch
We open our second Washington, DC location and launch our professional catering service. Within six months, Tatte catering becomes the go-to choice for corporate events and private celebrations across the city.
Online Ordering & Delivery
Tatte launches online ordering and same-day delivery, bringing our handcrafted food directly to homes and offices. The platform quickly reaches 10,000 registered users within the first three months of launch.
Franchise Program Launches
Following years of requests from loyal fans, Tatte launches its franchise program, allowing passionate entrepreneurs to bring the Tatte experience to new communities across the United States.
50,000 Guests Milestone
